Senior Housing Options for All - Zoom

The population of Americans aged 65 and above experienced a significant increase of 34 percent over the past decade, rising from 43 million in 2012 to 58 million in 2022, as highlighted in the 2023 report "Housing America's Older Adults" by Harvard's Joint Center for Housing Studies.

Addressing the housing needs of individuals approaching retirement age and preparing for their future has emerged as a pressing issue. From culturally tailored communities to communal living arrangements resembling dormitories, Mainstreet's Senior Services Forum invites you to explore a range of distinctive housing options tailored for older adults.

Join us as we delve into various housing opportunities including Senior Home Sharing, offering independent living within an affordable familial setting, and Verandah, a multicultural senior living community designed to cater to seniors from diverse backgrounds. Discover these and more alternatives during our forum.

This webinar is brought to you by Mainstreet's Senior Services Committee. Join the Mainstreet Senior Services Forum Facebook Group to stay up to date on future education and events coordinated through Mainstreet’s Senior Services Committee.
