Simple Online Standards (S.O.S.). S.O.S. is a "simple" way to file your Arbitration, Mediation and Ethics Complaints online. With this streamlined program, the process is easy to follow and quicker to complete, even allowing you to save as you go. The Professional Standards Department will be notified of your complaint immediately upon completion.
