Sr. Mortgage Development Associate
As a Sr. Mortgage Development Associate, your responsibilities will include:
• Building and maintaining relationships with realtors and other strategic partners in order to grow DuPage Credit Union's residential real estate mortgage market, thus contributing to mortgage production
• Proactively pursuing opportunities in order to position DuPage Credit Union, a division of DuPage Credit Union, as a growing residential lender and servicer in its market area
• Actively participating in Realtor Affiliate committee(s) and other Council meetings monthly
• Proactively bringing forward suggestions for mortgage loan products
• Managing all components of the Residential Rebate Program in order to insure service level standards are maintained and rebates are delivered to Members in a timely manner
• Working with the Business Solutions department to coordinate and present DuPage Mortgage to Select Employee Groups at onsite visits, presentations, and Lunch & Learns
Qualified Team Members will have:
• College degree in business or equivalent
• Minimum two years’ experience in business development and/or sales
• Real Estate sales experience a plus
