Accounting
The Accounting Department will answer your billing questions in person or by the phone. Please have your agent number and invoice number available. Accounts Receivable Year End reports are available upon request.
Administration
Communication
The Marketing Department puts together a weekly e-Newsletter to keep members aware of upcoming events. In addition, the department is responsible for all media inquiries, oversees the administration of the website, and is responsible for the Affiliates and V.I.R. Programs.
Education
The Education Department offers a wide-ranging menu of programs and services to assist both MORe members and non-members in increasing skills, productivity and knowledge. Programs range from continuing education; both classroom/homestudy, designation courses (i.e., ABR, CRS, CIPS, etc.), PreLicensing Sales/Broker; both classroom/homestudy and a variety of Professional Development programs. The department also offers 24-hour access to our Real Estate Campus website where continuing education and pre-licensing can be completed online!

Government Affairs
The Government Affairs Department is your link to REALTOR
® issues, candidates for election, grassroots advocacy, and adding your voice to the chorus. Under the umbrella of "Property Rights" are the issues of home rule, transfer taxes, sign codes, eminent domain, and the mortgage interest deduction.
Member Care
The MORe member care center is available Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Our experienced staff is available to assist our membership in a professional and helpful environment under any circumstance. We offer the following assistance:

Although most real estate transactions are completed smoothly, occasionally there is a need to resolve a dispute. The Professional Standards department is an important resource for you should you have any questions or concerns regarding the Code of Ethics, its enforcement, and mediation and arbitration.
