Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be in writing. There is a $25 processing fee on returned checks.

CONTINUING EDUCATION:

Classroom

• Prior to 48 hours of class: credit issued or a refund
• Within 48 hours of a class: credit or refund minus a $25 cancellation fee
• Once the class begins: no refund or credit
• Late arrivals will not be admitted and will forfeit registration fee (CE only)
• Registrant must be in attendance; no subs. (CE only)
• Failure to stay for entire class or take exam will result in forfeiture of registration fee (CE only)

Home Study

• There is a $15 cancellation policy for home study Continuing Education courses.
• There is a 24-hour cancellation policy upon receipt of documentation.
• After 24 hours there are no refunds.

PRE-SALES:
$25 fee is non-refundable. 50% of tuition will be withheld if registration is cancelled within 24 hours after class begins. No refund will be issued thereafter.

PRE-BROKER:
All fees will be refunded for written cancellations received at least 72 hours prior to the start of the class. There are no refunds or transfers after the start of the class.

DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
ABR: All fees will be refunded for written cancellations received by MOR at least 72 hours prior to the start of the course. There will be a $25 processing fee. There are no refunds after the start of the class. Fees can be transferred to the next available session.

AT HOME WITH DIVERSITY: All fees will be refunded for written cancellations received by MOR at least 72 hours prior to the start of the course. There will be a $25 processing fee. There are no refunds after the start of the class. Fees can be transferred to the next available session.

CIPS: Reservations cancelled seven days prior to class will have to pay a $35 processing fee. Reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to class will receive no refund.

CRS: Reservations cancelled seven days prior to class will have to pay a $35 processing fee. Reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to class will receive no refund.

SRES: Must cancel 48 hours prior to start of class for a refund
