Annette Akey, CNC, GRI

Annette has been a REALTOR® since 1990.  She is an Associate Broker with Prudential Starck, Realtors in Carol Stream, IL.  Annette has had experience as a broker, owner of her own firm from 2002-2008.  She has experience working as both a buyer's agent and listing agent as well as REO's, short sales, and relocation.  Before 1990, she gained experience on the property management and leasing end of the business.  She is involved with the Association as a member of the IAR Public Policy and Government Affairs Working Group and is a member and past chairman of the MORe Government Affairs Committee.  She holds the designations of Certified Negotiation Consultant (CNC) and Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI).  

Lori Cox

Lori has been licensed in the real estate profession since 1987. Lori’s experiences in real estate sales include being a top-producing REALTOR®, residential sales management, sales training and professional development. Lori has served on the Education Committee for the Illinois Association of REALTORS®, the Professional Development Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. Currently, Lori is also serving on the task force for Illinois License Law Rewrite and the Professional Development Member Involvement Group.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Lori was a practicing psychotherapist. Lori has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology as well as extensive training as a Business and Life Coach and is a trained mediator for NAR. Lori also has an Illinois Real Estate Brokers License.

In 1999, Lori established Life Successes, Inc., a real estate education and coaching company uniquely tailored to provide success tools to real estate professionals through education, coaching and sales training. Lori’s coaching programs attract real estate professionals looking to narrow the gap between where they currently are performing and where they want to go.

Janice Jones, SRES

Janice has been licensed as a REALTOR® since 1978. She holds a Broker's license in Arizona, Illinois and Indiana. Still active in real estate sales, Janice is "hands on" when it comes to relating to the ever changing Real Estate Brokerage Business. Her experiences in real estate include: relocation, sales management, sales training and personal development for both new and experienced agents. Janice uses her "people skills" and enthusiasm to teach C.E. topics from Ethics and License Law to Broker Management.

Kevin Kete, SIOR

Kevin is Vice President for Business Development for North Star Deferred Exchange Corp. which has provided Qualified Intermediary services and acts as Exchange Accommodation Titleholder for Section 1031 tax deferred exchangers since 1998. Kevin joined North Star in 2004 after a career in the commercial real estate brokerage industry spanning almost 30 years. He earned the prestigious Specialist in Industrial and Office Real Estate Designation in 1991 and is a current board member and Past President of the Chicago Chapter of SIOR, the Society’s largest.

Jim Korreck, MBA, CPA

Mr. Korreck is Managing Director of the Chicago Office of Generational Capital Markets, LLC. Industry experience includes companies in the technology, manufacturing, distribution, construction, food manufacturing and business services.

Mr. Korreck has over 25 years experience in mergers and acquisitions and financial services and has assisted clients develop and implement acquisition strategies, performed business valuations, provided litigation support services, provided divestiture services and negotiated purchase agreements. Before joining Generational Capital Markets, Jim spent nine years with a large national M&A firm and over 15 years with large national “big four” and regional accounting firms providing operational consulting, litigation support and due diligence services for a number of companies in various industries.

Jim has an MBA from the University of Detroit with a concentration in economics and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant – University of Illinois. In addition, Jim is licensed by the State of Illinois as a Business and Real Estate Broker and holds series 7 and 63 registered securities representative licenses issued by FINRA formerly the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).

Mr. Korreck is an active member of the Illinois CPA Society; the AICPA; the International Business Brokers Association; is a Past President of the Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries Association and the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors.

Lynn is currently involved in all three levels of the association. At the National level she serves on the Professional Standards Committee, at the State level she is Chair of the RPAC Major Donor Working Group and serves on the Professional Standards, Grievance and Strategic Planning Committees and locally she serves as a Director here at MORe. She is also an instructor for NAR's At Home With Diversity, SRES, CIPS, ABR, ABRM, RSPS programs, is a multi-state GRI Instructor and provides consulting and training in both Leadership and Professional Standards for over 15 states. Kelly Molinari

Kelly Molinari has been a business owner for over 15 years. Several years ago she turned her focus to Real Estate, where she quickly developed expertise in distressed properties.  Kelly has been involved in hundreds of transactions as an investor, consultant, educator and broker.

Ruth Ann Morgan

Ruth Ann started her career in real estate in 1974 after teaching middle school for ten years. Ruth Ann held the position of Vice President and Training and Recruiting for Coldwell Banker First American with offices in Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. Ruth Ann received her brokers’ license in 1976, GRI in 1978, CRS in 1978, and CRP in the early 1980’s. Ruth Ann presents dozens of Continuing Education classes for various associations throughout Illinois and Indiana. She is currently teaching Continuing Education classes along with orientation, and Lynn Madison’s program, Foundations for Success, with MORe.

Wayne Paprocki, DREI-GRI

Wayne has conducted seminars in thirty-eight states with audiences from 10 to 10,000. Wayne is a speaker, author, and consultant, along with being an instructor for the Graduate REALTORS®  Institute. He has developed the pre-licensing salesperson home study course for the Illinois Association of REALTORS®, has been appointed by the Governor to serve on the IDFPR Real Estate Education Advisory Council and is a member of the ARELLO Fair Housing Task Force. Wayne’s energetic style provides a good blend of suspense, excitement, and humor as he presents topics ranging from self-improvement to sales skills during his classes.

Chris Read, ABR, ABRM, AHWD, CIPS, CNC, CRB, CRS, GRI

Chris Read is President of CR Strategies LLC founded in 2009.  The company is designed to assist Real Estate Agents, Broker Owners and Managers by strategically pursuing growth and profitability for “success on purpose.” Chris has over 32 years experience in sales, management and professional development training.  She is a graduate of the National Association of REALTORS® Mediation/Mediator Training Seminar and has had countless experiences and leadership roles with Professional Standards committees at the local, state and national level. 

Chris served as President of RWSSC (now known as MainStreet Organization of REALTORS®) 2004-2005 and was named the 2007 MainStreet REALTOR® of the year.  She has served as Leadership Liaison to the Illinois Association of REALTORS® and Chairman of such committees as Professional Standards, Business Issues and the License Law Rewrite Task Force.  Committee involvement at the national level has included Risk Management, State and Local Issues, Business Issues, Professional Standards and Conventional Finance and Lending.  Involvement in the Multiple Listing Service included Board of Director and Secretary of MLSNI and Board of Manager and officer for the Interim Board which led to MRED LLC.

Regina F. Richardson  AHWD

Regina Richardson has been a REALTOR® since 1987. She is the broker/owner of the firm, Richardson Real Estate, Inc., which was founded in 1997. Regina is an IAR and NAR member and member of Dearborn Real Estate Board as  a REALTIST® .  Actively serves on the Governing Board of Women’s Council of REALTORS  of the South/Southwest Chapter.  As a member of IREM, Regina has successfully completed the ARM course for accredited residential management.  In her career, she has earned many designations including ABR, SRES and e-PRO.  The one she is most proud of is AHWD (At Home With Diversity) because she strongly believes in diversity, ethics and fair treatment of all people. While no longer an active property manager she enjoys being an licensed Illinois Pre-Licensing Instructor.

Bill  Schiller, ABR, CRS, GRI, RECS, e-PRO, GREEN,Real Estate Technology Coach / Instructor

Bill has been a licensed real estate broker in Indiana since 1968.  He is a member of the Greater NW Indiana Association of Realtors, in Merrillville Indiana and was honored as their 2007 Realtor of the Year.  He is also a past President of their MLS Board of Directors.  Bill holds a Masters in “Educational Change & Technology - Innovation” from Walden University, plus a Bachelors in Management from Calumet College.  He is a graduate of the Instructor Training Institute, (ITI).  He has been a real estate technology instructor since 1996 and is the owner of “Technology4RealEstate.com”, which specializes in technology consulting, training and troubleshooting for real estate agents & offices.

Besides being certified by NAR as an “e-PRO” trainer,   Bill is also an approved instructor for their new “GREEN” real estate designation course, as well as the ABR “e-Buyer” course.   He is also a featured technology instructor for the Indiana GRI program.  He has taught many Realtors all over Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin how to leverage their real estate skills with technology.    

Chuck Wiercinski, CCIM, CRB, GRI

Chuck is a Sales Associate with McLennan Commercial Properties, Inc. in Park Ridge, IL.  McLennan is a commercial/industrial brokerage and property management company and has been in business for almost 100 years.

Chuck has been in the brokerage business since 1975 starting out selling residential real estate in Schaumburg, IL.  In 1986 he devoted his full time efforts to the sale and marketing of commercial/industrial buildings and land.  He is also a licensed prelicense and continuing education instructor and is a senior instructor for the CCIM Institute and is on the Faculty Committee. Chuck has also authored several continuing education courses. He has taught all over the United States and recently taught in Poland.

Chuck is a Past President of both the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors as well as The Realtor Association of Northwest Chicagoland. He is currently the Chairman of NICAR’s Professional Standards and Bylaw Committee and serves on the RPAC and Government Affairs Committee.  He has served on the Realtor Association of Northwest Chicagoland Board of Directors was Chairman of the Legislative-South Committee and continues to serve on that committee as well as the Realtors for Better Government Committee, Finance, and Building Task Force Committees.  Currently he serves the Illinois Association of Realtors as Chairman of the Commercial/Industrial Committee and on the Public Policy, Strategic Planning, Executive, License Law and Business Issues Committee’s and Economic Development Task Forces. For the Illinois CCIM Chapter he serves on the Education Committee.

Chuck also is the Treasurer of the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce and Chairs their Bylaws and Budget Committee’s, serves on the Board Development Committee and the Board of Directors. In the Village of Streamwood he serves as the Chairman of the Economic Development Commission. Chuck is all a member of Lamda Alpha which is land economics society.

He was named the Realtor of the Year for the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors in 2007 and the Realtor Association of Northwest Chicagoland in 1986 and 2008 and Realtor Associate of the Year in 1978.
