Annette Akey, CNC, GRI
Annette has been a REALTOR since 1990. She is the Managing Broker and owner with her husband Dan of Illinois Homes Realty, Inc., since 2002. Before 1990, she gained experience on the property management amd leasing end of the business. She is involved with the association as a member of the IAR Public Policy and Government Affairs Working Group and as a member and past chairman of the MORe Government Affairs Committee. She is also involved in the Affordable Housing Working Group. She holds the designations of Certified Negotiation Consultant and Graduate of the REALTOR Institute.
Frank A. Bella, CCIM
Frank is President of Bellmoor Commercial Properties in Homewood. He is a senior instructor in the CCIM Intro, 101 and 102 courses of the CCIM Education Program. Frank has taught real estate at Prairie State College and Governors State University and is licensed in the Illinois Continued Education program. He believes that true learning is knowledge enhancing experience. Passing a classroom exam is merely the first step in learning.
Kimberly Donovan
Kimberly J. Donovan is a Senior Account Executive with AIR United Guaranty. She has 15 years experience in real estate and the banking industry. Kimberly is based in Oak Brook, IL where she manages her Chicago based customers.
Marilyn D. Glazer, GRI, CRS, CRB, PMN, M.S.Ed.
Marilyn has impressive credentials in real estate education and a long record of service to real estate organizations. She is an instructor for pre-licensing, Continuing Education, brokerage, and adult education in real estate. She is a pioneer in real estate education via the Internet, and has authored Continuing Education courses that are taught by instructors across the country.
Jana Herdova, MBA, CIPS, TRC, ABR
Jana is the Managing Broker and owner of Regency REALTORS established in 1994. She is the MORe chair of the international council, CAR past chair of CIREC and organized the first Chicago International Real Estate Expo; IAR past chair of the international working group and member of the economic development committee; NAR president’s liaison to the Czech Republic and member of the international operations committee and international networks advisory. She has a MBA degree from Benedictine University and a BA from the University of Illinois, Urbana. She has taught the TRC course and the Expand your Market Internationally. She is also a faculty member at the University of Phoenix. Jana is fluent in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Czech and is active in the local and international real estate market.
Janice Jones, SRES
Janice has been licensed as a REALTOR® since 1978. She holds a Broker's license in Arizona, Illinois and Indiana. Still active in real estate sales, Janice is "hands on" when it comes to relating to the ever changing Real Estate Brokerage Business. Her experiences in real estate include: relocation, sales management, sales training and personal development for both new and experience agents. Janice uses her "people skills" and enthusiasm to teach C.E. topics from Ethics and License Law to Broker Management.
Skip (Conrad) Juckins
Skip has been a REALTOR® since 1995. He is the Managing Broker and along with his wife Barb, is the owner of Riverwalk Realty in downtown Naperville. He was the Broker and Owner of Juckins Realty in Las Vegas, Nevada, for 3 years. He is an instructor for pre-licensing and Continuing Education. He was also an Illinois licensed training instructor in the Law Enforcement field prior to Real Estate. He believes that in our industry it is our knowledge that provides the true value to our clients.
Kevin Kete, SIOR
Kevin is Vice President for Business Development for North Star Deferred Exchange Corp. which has provided Qualified Intermediary services and acts as Exchange Accommodation Titleholder for Section 1031 tax deferred exchangers since 1998. Kevin joined North Star in 2004 after a career in the commercial real estate brokerage industry spanning almost 30 years. He earned the prestigious Specialist in Industrial and Office Real Estate Designation in 1991 and is a current board member and Past President of the Chicago Chapter of SIOR, the Society’s largest.

Lynn is currently involved in all three levels of the association. At the National level she serves on the Professional Standards Committee, at the State level she is Chair of the RPAC Major Donor Working Group and serves on the Professional Standards, Grievance and Strat Plan Committees and locally she serves as a Director here at MORe. She is also an instructor for NAR's At Home With Diversity, SRES, CIPS, ABR, ABRM, RSPS programs, is a multi-state GRI Instructor and provides consulting and training in both Leadership and Professional Standards for over 15 states. Locally her company provides new-agent training with her highly acclaimed XSelleration program.
Ruth Ann Morgan
Ruth Ann started her career in real estate in 1974 after teaching middle school for ten years. Ruth Ann held the position of Vice President and Training and Recruiting for Coldwell Banker First American with offices in Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. Ruth Ann received her brokers’ license in 1976, GRI in 1978, CRS in 1978, and CRP in the early 1980’s. Ruth Ann presents dozens of Continuing Education classes for various associations throughout Illinois and Indiana. She is currently teaching Continuing Education classes along with orientation, and Lynn Madison’s program, Foundations for Success, with MORe.
Wayne Paprocki, DREI-GRI
Wayne has conducted seminars in thirty-eight states with audiences from 10 to 10,000. Wayne is a speaker, author, and consultant, along with being an instructor for the Graduate REALTORS® Institute. He has developed the pre-licensing salesperson home study course for the Illinois Association of REALTORS®, has been appointed by the Governor to serve on the IDFPR Real Estate Education Advisory Council and is a member of the ARELLO Fair Housing Task Force. Wayne’s energetic style provides a good blend of suspense, excitement, and humor as he presents topics ranging from self-improvement to sales skills during his classes.
Chris Read, ABR, ABRM, CIPS, CRB, CRS, GRI
Chris Read has been a REALTOR® since 1977. She is Senior Vice President and Director of Training for john greene, REALTOR®, an Independent company with offices in Naperville, Oswego and Plainfield. She is a licensed CE Instructor, has earned the "At Home with Diversity" certificate and is a graduate of NAR's Mediation/Mediator Training Seminar.
Chris served as President of MORe 2004-2005 and currently is co-chairing the MORe Leadership Awareness Program. She served as a Leadership Liaison to the Illinois Association of REALTOR® 2005-2007 and currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee for the National Association of REALTORS®, as well as the State and Local Issues Committee, and Business Issues in 2007.
Regina F. Richardson AHWD
Regina Richardson has been a REALTOR® since 1987. She is the broker/owner of the firm, Richardson Real Estate, Inc., which was founded in 1997. Regina is a IAR and NAR and member of Dearborn Real Estate Board as a REALTIST® . Actively serves on the Governing Board of Women’s Council of REALTORS of the South/Southwest Chapter. As a member of IREM, Regina has successfully completed the ARM course for accredited residential management. In her career, she has earned many designations including ABR,SRES and e-PRO. The one she is most proud of is AHWD (At Home With Diversity) because she strongly believes in diversity, ethics and fair treatment of all people. While no longer an active property manager she enjoys being an licensed Illinois Pre-Licensing Instructor.
