MORe has completed the change to the NAR-owned REALTOR® Lockbox system, Sentrilock. MORe strives to equip you with the latest tools to help you achieve success in real estate. Your Sentrilock Lockbox Warranty
Each new Sentrilock lockbox that you purchase from a MORe office comes with a 6 year, limited hardware warranty. Below is are some helpful links regarding your warranty. If you have any questions regarding your warranty, please contact Sentrilock Tech Support at 877-736-8745.
It has come to our attention that some non-members are experiencing trouble with one-day codes and "waking up the box" when using a one day code. Please refer to the training video on www.sentrilock.com under the support tab. Section #14 provides you with a demonstration on how to assign and put a lockbox on a listing. You should be doing so with these 3 easy steps.
1. Using your Sentricard release the shackle from your lockbox and attach it to your listing.
2. Assign the lockbox to your listing by either entering the numerical portion of the street address, or MLS number.
3. Using your Sentricard place the home keys into the key container.
Using these steps will assure that the keypad on your Sentrilock box is available to non-members who are using one-day codes and the keypad on the box is not locked. The Sentrilock box can then wake up when a person presses the enter button or a Sentrilock user inserts their Sentricard. If a non-member you have given a one-day code to experiences difficulty waking up the box they can also insert any card into the box which will wake up the box and then allow them to use the secure one-day code you have given them. Remember, the secure code is their form of entry to the box if they are a non-member. Not the card they use to wake up the box!
