Forms and Contracts

As part of our efforts to make MORe more accessible for our members, we have many forms and contracts, including membership forms, available for download.

Office Forms

MORe/IAR Forms and Contracts - As a member, you have three options for downloading forms.

Option 1: Follow this link to view and download all the association forms.

Option 2: All MORe forms are listed on ConnectMLS. To create a client folder, once logged on, please click on “Forms” at the top of the page, then “State and Association Forms.” Click on “New Folder,” and once you've filled in the blanks, please click “Add.” Click on the folder you created and then you can view all the forms listed, fill them out, save, and e-mail to clients. When filling out the forms through Connect MLS, you will only be able to view a small portion of the form. However, when it is completed and e-mailed to a client, they will see the entire form.
