S.O.S. is the complaint process, simplified. This is your tool for filing Arbitration, Mediation and Ethics complaints online. With this program, forms are streamlined, the process is easy to follow and quicker to complete, even allowing you to save as you go. Once completed, the Professional and Ethical Practices Department will be notified immediately of your complaint to get the process started.
