In CI 102, you'll work with four case studies covering each of the major property types: office, industrial, multifamily, and retail.

After completing this course, you will be able to apply:

  • Market and Competitive Analysis
  • Political and Legal Analysis
  • Location and Site Analysis
  • Financial Analysis to make fundamental investment decisions

C.E. credit is a $35 fee to be paid at registration or after the course.
You will receive an email with the instructions on how to request your C.E. to be submitted. All C.E. forms and requests must be submitted within three days of the course completion. Questions regarding C.E. can be directed to CECredit@CCIM.com.
