Lending Options for Your Global Clients

When working with international clients to purchase a residence or grow their business in the U.S., much of the challenge can be financing that dream. Most of these transactions tend to be cash transactions. There are a few lenders however that will lend on the secondary marker, and one of those lenders happens to be a Mainstreet Affiliate member. The company is known as Universal Commercial Capital, and we will have the opportunity to talk with their CEO, Eric Tran, and to learn more about their mission and how they are able to provide an alternative to all cash deals in the global market place.

"Universal Commercial Capital is a U.S. based, private money lender. A trusted resource in real estate mortgage lending, and known for its flexible, common sense underwriting and efficient, hassle-free loan programs."
