The 2022-2023 Broker Management CE course is written by REALTORS® for REALTORS®.
We bring you the latest issues, tips and strategies focusing on risk management and productivity. During the course you will hear and learn about current events including Department of Justice antitrust issues, common complaints and what a Designated Managing Broker can do, MLS violations, company policy changes, Designated Managing Broker responsibilities for training and supervision, escrow, and advertising complaints. Additionally, we will examine the Code of Ethics and License Law to clarify exactly what it says to increase the odds of success for all REALTORS®.

She has authored numerous courses and education resources and was a contributing editor for the Dearborn * Edition of "Modern Real Estate Practice in Illinois." In her path of keeping abreast with trends and issues she has achieved the designations of CRB, CRS, GRI, ABRM, AHWD, CIPS, CNC, SFR, BPOR, SRS, SRES and C-RETS.
Chris brings to the classroom experiences from many leadership roles with the local, state, and National REALTOR® associations which include: Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®, Chair of Illinois REALTORS® Professional Standards, Buisness Issues, Illinois License Law Rewrite, the Education Task Force, Broker/Lawyer and Multi-Board Contract work group. She has served on the MLS Board and currently is a NAR Director, an appointed member of the Illinois Real Estate Administrative Discipliary Board, a Mediator, an Ombudsman, and the 2016 Illinois REALTOR® of the Year.
Chis is passionate about the need for agents to keep abreast with the ever-changing skills and knowledge required to be the "Trusted Advisor" today's consumers want and expect. Proactively positioning clients for "Success on Purpose" is a predominant theme in her courses and presentations.
