Debbie is an accomplished real estate and mortgage professional providing sales, marketing and training services for more than 20 years. She is a licensed Illinois REALTOR® and continuing education instructor. Debbie also spent 13 years in the mortgage industry providing loan origination and servicing products and solutions to mortgage lenders nationwide.
As an expert in broker price opinions, she has earned the BPOR and C-Reps designations in addition to SFR, SRES, PSA, MRP and RSPS. She is an instructor for those courses as well as RPR® in addition to teaching real estate pre-license workshops.
Debbie's specializations have included providing real estate consultation to seniors, completing Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and as an Illinois notary/signing agent, Debbie also provides mobile re-finance and purchase loan closings for various lenders and title companies.
In her spare time, she volunteers on the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® Board of Directors as well as several MORe committees; additionally she is the Chicago area support group leader for patients with NTM disease, a group which she founded in 2008.
