Real Estate Managing Broker License Requirements

To qualify for an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker license you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Have an active valid Illinois real estate Broker license
  • Have had an active real estate license for two of the past three years
  • Successfully complete the required 45 hours of coursework and pass the state licensing exam

Managing Broker Pre-License Course Options

Pre-licensing with Real Estate Institute, MORe's pre-licensing partner.
To complete the full 45 hours of coursework, Real Estate Institute offers the first 30 hours of coursework as self-study along with the 15-hour live course. You can purchase the session separately or save $100 and purchase both as a bundle.
