This course is designed to assist and train new licensees in multiple aspects and applications in the practice of real estate brokerage.

Topics covered:

  • Company policy
  • Earnest Money
  • Elements of contracts
  • Harassment prevention
  • Building Market Knowledge
  • Marketing and Advertising
  • Business Development and Goal Setting
