ELLIOT EISENBERG, Ph.D., is an internationally acclaimed economist and public speaker specializing in making the arcana and minutia of economics fun, relevant and educational. He earned a B.A. in economics with first-class honors from McGill University in Montreal, as well as a Master's and Ph.D. in public administration from Syracuse University. Eisenberg, a former Senior Economist with the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C., is the creator of the multifamily stock index (the first nationally recognized index to track the total return of public firms principally involved in the ownership and management of apartments), the author of more than eighty-five articles and is a regular consultant to several large real estate professional associations, hedge funds and investment advisory groups.
He has spoken to thousands of business groups and associations, often as a keynote speaker. Dr. Eisenberg has been invited to testify before lawmakers and is usually asked to comment on proposed legislation. Tom Holobowski is responsible for establishing relationships with many of the top 300 largest real estate brokerage companies in the U.S., with a focus on growing usage of the RPR platform within these organizations.
Previously, Tom spent 16 years at Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services working in the Sales and Business Development side of the business. He was responsible for growing Prudential's real estate presence through new franchise sales and merger/acquisition transactions in his various roles as Account Executive, Regional VP of Business Development and Vice President of Sales.
Prior to joining Prudential, Tom spent 7 years as a Sales Representative at IBM where he worked with clients in the banking and financial services industries in the Chicagoland area.
He also spent 4 years as a mortgage banker with MidAmerica Bank, a large, regional bank that operated in northern Illinois and was one of only 5 mortgage bankers in the country to be approved by McDonald’s Corporation to provide mortgage services to their transferees moving across the country.
Tom lives in Naperville, IL, a suburb of Chicago, with his wife Dawn and their two daughters. In his spare time he loves to play golf and follow his beloved Chicago Cubs!
