John Gormley is Chief Executive Officer of Mainstreet REALTORS®, headquartered in Downers Grove.

With 19,000 members throughout Chicagoland, Mainstreet is the largest local REALTORS® association in Illinois and in the top 10 of 1,200 in the U.S.

In 2023, he was inducted into the Dr. Almon (Bud) R. Smith RCE, Association Executive (AE) Leadership Society by theNational Association of REALTORS®, NAR’s lifetime hall of fame for CEOs.

Gormley became Mainstreet CEO in December 2017. He previously was CEO of St. Louis REALTORS® and before that Vice President, Communications and Marketing, for Texas REALTORS®, based in Austin.

John has 36 years’ experience in association management—with the past 26 of those years spent working in the REALTORS® organization.

He has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Louisiana State University and a master’s degree in mass communication from Texas State University.

As the Director of Specialty Divisions, Ramona leads four of Mainstreet’s most dynamic and thriving member communities: Global, New Agent, Senior Services, and the Young Professionals Network (YPN). Career development is her passion, and her work reflects her dedication to helping others succeed in the real estate industry.

Ramona began her journey in 2005 with the REALTOR® Association of NorthWest Chicagoland, where she rose to Director of Education. After the association’s merger with Mainstreet REALTORS®, she expanded her expertise to include content creation, social media marketing, sponsorship development, and event management.

Her love for learning shines through in her achievements, including earning the e-PRO®, At Home with Diversity and the Alliance Certified Ally certifications, the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), Certified International Property Specialist® (CIPS), REALTOR® Certified Executive (RCE) designations, and the Commitment to Excellence endorsement from the National Association of REALTORS®. As an RPAC Major Investor and YPN RPAC Pledge, Ramona is dedicated to advocating for private property and business rights.

Beyond real estate, Ramona is deeply committed to her community. She has volunteered in inner-city outreach programs for youth and the homeless and coordinated a volunteer ESL program with the Racetrack Chaplaincy. At home in Chicago’s Western suburbs, she stays active as a worship leader at her church, a leader with Friends on the Street Homeless Outreach-Chicago, and the go-to fun aunt for her nieces and nephews.

Whether she’s mentoring new professionals, organizing global initiatives, or lending her voice in song, Ramona brings energy, creativity, and a personal touch to everything she does.

Sherri Jordan is the CEO & Founder of Suite 527 Realty Group®, in Bolingbrook, IL. She has 17 years of industry experience working with an array of clientele from first time home buyers to seasoned investors.
Hailing from the South side of Chicago, Sherri has built her real estate brokerage and team from the ground up going from an independent contractor to the owner of her own brokerage. She is known for hosting training workshops for agents and business owners as well as community outreach and local officials events. This is just part of the reason Suite 527 Realty Group® was recognized and awarded The Best of Bolingbrook Business Award for Consumer Services in 2023.

Sherri knows there is no single path to becoming an excellent leader and that some of the most influential ones of our time have used different opportunities as challenges to becoming those leaders. Not only is Sherri a part of several Chicago Association of REALTORS® committees including the D77 committee representing Englewood, the community where she was raised, Chair of the Professional Development Advisory Group, the Finance Committee and the National Association of REALTORS® Diamond Award Winning Global Real Estate Council but she was a Mentor in the REALTOR® ELITE (Education, Leadership, Information, Thrive, Elevation) program where her expertise resulted in her nomination and subsequent receival of the ELITE Coach of the Year award.

Climbing the ladder, Sherri also serves the Illinois Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, the Young Professionals Network and the Leadership Development Workgroup as well as the National Association of REALTORS® Diversity Committee.

Her commitment to excellence is evident in her track record of achievements, including also being awarded the 2023 Chicago Association of REALTORS® Managing Broker of the Year Award (1-50 agents) and a graduate of the 2023 Chicago Association of REALTORS® Leadership Accelerator program and the 2024 Illinois Realtors Leadership Development program, both of which only 12 applicants from the City and State were selected.

Sherri collaborates with real estate industry partners as well. Aside from being a member of the Dearborn Realtists® Board and Women’s Council of Realtors Chicago, she is also a Founding Member as well as serves as the Corresponding Secretary and Membership Chair of the NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers) Young Realtists® Division - Chicago.

With over 25 years of experience, Violeta Saucedo is dedicated to empowering individuals and families through financial education and real estate guidance. As a past president of NAHREP DuPage and the NWHCC Northwest Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and a proud member of the eXp Illinois Agent Advisory Council, Violeta brings a wealth of leadership and expertise to her community.

Currently serving as the Chair of the Mainstreet Global Committee, Violeta plays a key role in connecting clients with global real estate opportunities.
