Tis the season to eat, drink… and get ugly sweater! Don your tackiest of winter gear for an evening of fun and giving back organized by Mainstreet’s Young Professionals Network (YPN).
Think runway fashion fails meets your great grandma’s closet meets the booming Academy Awards after party. Got that image. Now multiple it times a gazillion. The Ugly Sweater Holiday Party & Fundraiser is an annual Mainstreet tradition you can’t afford to miss.
Elements of this experience include:
Festive Food & Drinks:
- Savory and sweet noshes and two tickets for complimentary adult beverages (cash bar thereafter).
Ugly Sweater Competition:
- Cuteness fades but an ugly sweater is eternal. And believe us, the uglier your sweater is, the greater your chance is for being remembered for decades. The coveted title of “Ugliest Sweater” is an honor worthy enough of social media glory. Hideous trophy and prize included.
Relaxed Networking:
- From games to the photo booth and nostalgic holiday tunes, this is the perfect opportunity for having fun while making the right connections for your business.
Better to Give:
- You’ll have opportunities to “give back” during the event through games such as the infamous liquor pull and spin the wheel of gift cards to help YPN reach its fundraising goal for one of Mainstreet’s Philanthropic Partners, The Conservation Foundation.
So… on Tacky, on Ruffled, on Loud and Gawdy! Come Sequined, come Glittered, come Fringed and Shoddy! Come to the party to see who will be the ugliest sweater of all!
