Stay compliant with NAR's code of ethics and Illinois License Law while conquering email marketing with CanSpam Act compliance in mind. Don't lag behind—be the trailblazer.

Learning Objectives:

  • Social Media Basics: Define social media's role in real estate &I dentify popular marketing platforms.
  • Ethics and Compliance: Navigate ethical considerations in real estate social media marketing and understand the legal framework to comply with regulations.
  • Brand Building: Embrace branding's importance and learn digital marketing strategies for a strong online presence.

  • Choosing Social Media Platforms: Evaluate platforms for specific marketing goals and select platforms based on target audience and property types.
  • Effective Social Media Strategies: Create and optimize profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. Develop and implement strategies for engagement and lead generation.
  • Email Marketing: Understand the role of email marketing in real estate. Comply with relevant regulations, including the CanSpam Act.

  • Integrating Social Media and Traditional Marketing: Combine social media with traditional marketing methods and explore strategies for effective integration.

New Agent Boost is a six part series designed and taught through the lens of providing new REALTORS® the foundational tools needed to stay on the fast track to steady paychecks. Starting with Carrie Little, each one of the six part series will feature an expert speaker delivering information and skills necessary to have a competitive edge in any marketplace.
