Course Description:
This 2-hour elective course is designed to meet the requirements of sexual harassment prevention training required for all IDFPR licensees. In addition, it provides the student with information and training for safe interaction with the public in real estate transactions.
Learning Objectives:
The student will learn what is sexual harassment; what constitutes sexual harassment; what to do if faced with sexual harassment in the workplace; and how and where to file a sexual harassment complaint. The student will learn the importance of safety in working with an anonymous public in real estate transactions. In addition, the student is provided checklists and prevention tips in different real estate transaction scenarios.
