Mainstreet REALTORS® recently launched a new online property search, ChicagolandHomes.com, to showcase our members' listings and serve as a resource to Chicagoland real estate consumers. The site centers around a comprehensive, searchable database of area homes represented by Mainstreet REALTORS®. It also includes resources for home buyers and sellers, such as FAQs, moving guides and a blog featuring hyperlocal market data and information about making the most of living in Chicagoland.

How It Works 

Members can direct their clients to the site to browse available homes, updated every 15 minutes via the MLS. Buyers will also find the site on their own through search engines and an advertising campaign funded by Mainstreet REALTORS®. When a potential buyer engages with listings, those leads are sent directly to the affiliated Mainstreet member. Visitors to the new site will also have the option to find a REALTOR® through a search on ChicagolandHomes.com.

Additionally, members can send their clients directly to content on the site that answers the most common questions that come up when buying or selling a home, plus lifestyle content created just for Chicagoland homeowners. ChicagolandHomes.com is a valuable marketing tool for Mainstreet members, and a valuable resource for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Chicagoland.
