Betsy Urbance (ER-BANTZ) is Illinois REALTORS® General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Services, serving in that role since 2018. Prior to that, she served as IR’s Legal Hotline Attorney since 1994. 

She received her undergraduate degree in Finance from Western Illinois University where she majored in volleyball as a middle blocker. 

She earned her law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law and that’s where she became a big Mizzou Tiger fan! 

She is licensed in both Illinois and Missouri. 

Chirayu joined DL3 in 2019 and is responsible for overseeing financial performance of DL3’s portfolio of commercial, retail and mixed-use properties. In this capacity, he is responsible for the drafting of investment packages, accounting, financial analysis, brokerage activities, investor reporting and compliance activities for all Firm projects.

Prior to DL3, Chirayu was an Asset Manager for CV Ventures and oversaw a $35 million portfolio of multi-family properties in the Chicagoland area. He was responsible for sourcing REO owned and non-performing loans administered by financial institutions, negotiating acquisitions and placing both equity and debt to ensure all assets performed to business plans. He was also responsible for all aspects of financial reporting including audits, tax filings, lender compliance and investor communications.

Chirayu earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Illinois – Chicago with Honors. He was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation after completing $100 million in commercial transactions. Chirayu serves on the Board of Model United Nations Development Organization, an international affairs educational organization and serves on the Associate Board for America Needs You, whose mission is to address the upward economic mobility of first-generation college students.

Luke Oosterhouse serves as Vice President of Commercial Lending at Providence Bank and Trust with over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. In this role he specializes in lending to real estate investors with an emphasis in multifamily, industrial and self-storage properties.  He also works to provide lending solutions for various small businesses that includes using the SBA 504 loan program. Luke has been an active member of Mainstreet for over 10 years and is the past co-chair of commercial alliance committee.

Pietro “Peter” Scalera is the Village Administrator with the Village of Bloomingdale, a position he has held since October 2014. Prior to joining Bloomingdale, Mr. Scalera served as Village Manager for the Village of Riverside from 2009 to 2014 and the Assistant Village Manager for the Village of Glencoe from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Scalera began his career in local government serving as an Aldermanic Aide for the 47th Ward in the City of Chicago. Mr. Scalera holds a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He has over 25 years of experience in municipal government and is a Credentialed Manager member of the International City/County Management Association, Illinois City Management Association, Member of the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference and the DuPage Public Record Management System Oversight Committee.
