Tony LaPalio is the founder and CEO of Senior Tech Support, a Chicagoland-based business dedicated to helping older adults confidently navigate technology. Through personalized in-person support, training and education, he empowers seniors to stay connected and independent. Senior Tech Support also partners with senior living communities, providing onsite tech assistance, engaging presentations, and interactive help-desk events to enhance residents’ digital confidence while easing the burden on staff.
With over 20 years of experience in technology training, management and education, Tony has worked with Samsung, iRobot, Meta, and TiVo, where he designed, built, deployed, operationalized and scaled international training teams. His expertise spans management, leadership development and training program execution, ensuring that teams are equipped to bridge the gap between complex technology and real-world users. His ability to develop, coach and lead high-performing teams has been instrumental in helping companies successfully deliver technology solutions to diverse audiences.
His passion for helping older adults thrive in a digital world stems from firsthand experience seeing the challenges they face in staying connected. Senior Tech Support was built to bridge this gap with expert, compassionate guidance, empowering seniors to embrace technology with confidence.
As an entrepreneur, Tony is focused on scaling Senior Tech Support into the market leader for older adult technology assistance nationwide.
