Wendy’s journey started at the age of 19 years old in the construction industry. While attending Kendall College as a full-time student, she also held a full-time job for an environmental construction company specializing in wetlands. Her responsponsibilities included working hand in hand with the senior executive management on multiple projects.
Upon being the first graduate in the family with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Wendy collaborated with her brother, David on continuous growth of the family-owned business, Complete Construction of Illinois, Inc. (CCI). Being co-principal of CCI, during her time the company exponentially grew with the backbone of the business based on client referrals. Her passion for visualizing the project from the beginning to the end, dedication to meet her client’s expectations, tenacity to provide outstanding service and vision of CCI’s future has led her to diversify her portfolio and skill sets into becoming a Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker Realty.
