Carrie J. Little is an early user of technology, Digital marketing and social media. With a back ground in digital marketing and analytics, she can make sense of information so REALTORS® are able to integrate data into relevant and understandable content. She is the 2021 Women's Council State Liaison and resent graduate of the Goldman Sach's 10,000 business program. Carrie is the author of “The New Real Estate Agent’s Journal and a new adjunct professor for NAR’s New under graduate program.

Kinga Korpacz is a broker-owner of EXIT Realty Redefined Rolling Meadows with 36 agents. Kinga’s most successful year was 2020, when she closed 84 transactions. She is an RPAC Major and Presidents Circle investor. Kinga serves on the Mainstreet Board of Directors and the Government Affairs Northwest committee. For Illinois REALTORS®, she serves on two committees: Professional Standards and REALTORS® Political Involvement Working Group. For the National Association of REALTORS®, Kinga is Federal Political Coordinator for Congressman Raja Kristhamoorthi. She is a 2018 graduate of Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Program and a Past President of Women’s Council of REALTORS® Northwest. Kinga is also active in the Polish community, volunteering her time and passion in a variety of ways.

Leimomi Manley is no stranger to success as both a business owner and a competitive player in the corporate world. Leaving a lucrative career during the height of the dot.com era as a software consultant specializing in internet security and enterprise resource planning solutions, she turned her entrepreneurial dreams into reality. Her uncanny ability to increase wealth and success by uncovering hidden assets, overlooked opportunities and undervalued possibilities have made her business of 20 years in web design, e-commerce and social media branding. 

In 2017, Leimomi relocated to Chicago to consult and develop a start-up company to determine the financial needs and goals and develop growth plans for a national and international product launch. During this time, Leimomi was given another opportunity to become a licensed broker associate for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate. Leveraging her experience as a successful business owner, she is known for her commitment to her clients, ubiquitous availability, solution-oriented approach, high-tech marketing strategy and skilled negotiator with the client’s best interest at heart. 

Leimomi’s ability to balance multiple businesses and find ways to capitalize on the strengths of each business in a way that overlaps and complements the others make her unique. Her core value comprises dedication, devotion, and integrity. She spends her personal time volunteering her services to non-profit organizations and sat on the board of directors for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), a non-profit organization providing affordable and sustainable housing solutions for the Asian American Pacific Islanders (AAPI) and local communities. 

Oralia Herrera is Broker/Owner of Century 21 TK Realty Inc. She came to this country as a child from La Purisima Durango, Mexico with her parents and five siblings. Her family established in Franklin Park where she attended school and has raised three children together with her husband.

On her 21st birthday, Ms. Herrera became a real estate agent and made it her profession and passion. With over 25 years of experience in real estate, she has made a mark in her community with professionalism, integrity and care. Ms. Herrera has made lifelong relationships with her clients and friends, helping them every step of the way into homeownership and real estate investments. Her passion is clear and her energy heartfelt.

Wendy’s journey started at the age of 19 years old in the construction industry.  While attending Kendall College as a full-time student, she also held a full-time job for an environmental construction company specializing in wetlands.  Her responsponsibilities included working hand in hand with the senior executive management on multiple projects.

Upon being the first graduate in the family with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Wendy collaborated with her brother, David on continuous growth of the family-owned business, Complete Construction of Illinois, Inc. (CCI).  Being co-principal of CCI, during her time the company  exponentially grew with the backbone of the business based on client referrals. Her passion for visualizing the project from the beginning to the end, dedication to meet her client’s expectations, tenacity to provide outstanding service and vision of CCI’s future has led her to diversify her portfolio and skill sets into becoming a Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker Realty.

Wendy believes in building strong and enduring relationships with all of her clients. With her character of thoughtfulness, compassion and wanting to help others, she has also devoted her personal time volunteering for a non-profit organization providing affordable and sustainable housing.  She served as a member of the Board of Directors 2021 for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA).
