Aleksandra is the proud Owner and Designated Managing Broker of Executive Realty Group, a thriving brokerage that will soon celebrate its 20th anniversary. Under her leadership, the firm has grown into a respected presence in the local real estate market.

With a strong focus on agent development and education, Aleksandra is dedicated to empowering her team with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. She actively contributes to the industry, currently serving as Vice Chair of the Broker-Lawyer Committee and holding positions on the Illinois REALTORS® YPN Advisory Board and the Professional Standards Committees for both Mainstreet and Illinois REALTORS®.  She also holds several prestigious designations, including ABR, e-PRO, PSA, CNC and CSC.

Glory is a bilingual second generation realtor at Su Familia Real Estate, which her parents founded over 25 years ago. For Glory, real estate was not just her family business, it is a way of life. She is passionate about helping her Latino Community establish and build generational wealth through real estate. In 2022, Glory was featured in Mainstreet’s 20 under 40. She has a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University in Corporate Communications and has been practicing real estate since 2014. Glory is married to her best friend, Eric and together they have two kids, two dogs and a cat.

A staff member with Mainstreet since 2003, Kate is the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer. Kate’s responsibilities include providing strategic management for the Professional and Ethical Practices, Education and Member Outreach Departments. Kate develops and executes programs and services related to the mission of the Organization in accordance with the strategic goals set by the Board of Directors. Additionally, Kate focuses on finding and developing innovative resources and strategies primary to the operation of Mainstreet. Overall, Kate helps Mainstreet REALTORS® succeed in their business, while keeping them professional. Kate serves as the staff liaison to the Broker/Lawyer Committee, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, and Education Advisory Group. Kate also holds the CIPS and RCE designations.

Kate resides in the western suburbs with her husband and daughters and enjoys boating with her family.
