During this workshop, we will guide you through:
1. Goal Setting: We’ll start by helping you define your specific annual goals, ensuring they align with both personal aspirations and professional targets.
2. The Action Plan: You’ll learn how to break down your big goals into achievable, bite-sized action steps. We will work through the strategies you’ll need to put into place, from prospecting and lead generation to client engagement, social media marketing and personal brand building.
3. Accountability: You’ll learn how to measure your progress and adjust your activities to stay on course throughout the year.
4. Time Management & Daily Habits: Execution is everything. We will focus on how to implement daily habits that ensure you consistently move toward your goals.
5. Overcoming Roadblocks: We'll dive into common challenges that agents face, such as fear of prospecting, inconsistent scheduling and lead follow-up and provide practical solutions to overcome them.
6. Execution Strategy: You’ll leave this workshop with not just a plan but a clearly defined roadmap to put that plan into action immediately. Follow-Up Accountability Session on November 4! A week after the workshop, we will have a follow-up session with the theme of Execution.
In this session we will:
1. Review Your Progress: We’ll check in on the steps you’ve taken to execute your plan, addressing any roadblocks or adjustments you may need.
2. Refinement and Feedback: This is your opportunity to ask questions, fine-tune your plan and get personalized feedback on areas where you're looking to improve.
3. Finalizing Your Blueprint: Before you leave, your business plan will be fully completed and ready for action. By the end of the workshop and the follow-up accountability session, you'll have a business plan tailored to your goals and the clarity and confidence to execute it for success.
