1:30-2 p.m. |Three-Way Agreement: Myth or Reality

Speaker: Brooke Hunt

A lot has been said about the three-way agreement between NAR – the National Association of REALTORS® – and state and local associations. But does it really exist? Or is it an idea whose time, perhaps, has come and gone? We’ll dig into it and explain its continued relevance to you … today and tomorrow.

2-2:30 p.m. | Servant Leadership & the Karma of Volunteerism

Speaker: John Gormley

You’ve probably heard the term servant leader. You’ve also been told, You get back way more than you put in. Only problem is, volunteer jobs don’t pay the bills. But you can achieve balance between intrinsically meaningful activities (those that feed the soul) and financially productive ones (that actually put food on the table).

Speaker: Mabél Guzmán

Our industry is facing unprecedented challenges. Class-action lawsuits. DOJ vs. NAR. Threats to our MLS system of cooperation and compensation. Consumers are reading about it, too. After all its faults and missteps, NAR is gearing up to fight back with new messaging and marketing. Here’s a sneak peek!

3:15-4 p.m. | Creating a Standout Value Prop

Speaker: Victoria Gillespie

In the competitive world of real estate, standing out is crucial, and it all begins with a unique value proposition. What elements are important in this process?
