For the third consecutive year Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® turns its attention towards distinguishing the winner of the Young Leaders in Real Estate Scholarship.
As an annual scholarship we award it to just one Mainstreet REALTOR® applicant. Our motivation for offering this opportunity is to provide education and support via professional development at an industry recognized event or membership to an Allied Partner.
The scholarship is more than just funding for attendance at an event of the recipients choosing. Whichever real estate event the winner chooses their experience at the venue will be worth exponentially more than the price of admission. Industry networking, establishing personal connections and expert encouragement will serve this REALTOR® long after the event ends.
The winner this year for the 2024 Young Leaders in Real Estate Scholarship Award is Jenifer Dosch, alumni from the Mainstreet 20 Under 40 class of 2022. She has been working in real estate for eight years and is with RE/MAX Advantage Realty out of Antioch, Illinois. In addition to her role as a REALTOR® Jenifer is on the Illinois REALTORS® Policy and Programs Group, the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee and the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® Education Advisory Group.
When asked how she sees herself using the scholarship money, Jenifer said, “I would love to become more involved nationally and I know this must happen through enhancing my expertise in business as well as volunteerism. Not simply to help better my career but to serve all communities year in and year out.”
