We will be hosting two new speakers this year. First up is “The Bowtie Economist,” Dr. Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D. Dr. Eisenberg is internationally recognized for his unique presentation of dense economic data in an entertaining and educational fashion. He’s published over 85 articles in magazines such as Forbes, Bloomberg and Fortune. Dr. Eisenberg has also been invited as a keynote speaker to hundreds of businesses and associations, and “to testify before lawmakers regarding proposed legislation.”

The second keynote speaker for the Mainstreet Economic Outlook 2024 is Dr. Jessica Lautz, Deputy Chief Economist and Vice President of Research at the National Association of REALTORS®. Dr. Lautz utilizes research data as an educational tool to influence policymakers in both major media marketplaces and international summits. The primary focus of her research “analyzes trends for NAR members and housing consumers.” Dr. Lautz was recently featured on Good Morning America as a guest speaker, broadcasting her forecast for the 2024 economy, specifically the growing possibility of decreasing mortgage rates.
